Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same business day. Orders after 12pm are dispatched the next business day. Delivery times then depend on Australia Post and your location. Need it quickly? Choose Express Post at checkout.

Yes! We offer 24/7 Click & Collect from Mulbring, NSW. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be prepared. You'll receive an email with your collection instructions and unique code once it's ready.

We offer a FREE colour matching service. Simply send us a clear photo of your hair in natural daylight (no filters) and our team will recommend your closest Coco shade.

Clients usually average 6–12 months. The lifespan depends on how well they're looked after, how often hot tools are used and whether you swim with them. Following our aftercare routine and keeping up with maintenance appointments helps them last longer.

If you've ordered the wrong colour, length or product, we're happy to offer store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds or direct exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. See our full FAQs for details.
